Was riding on the lake today and was wondering about all the RV's permanently located at Real Island.  I don't see how there could be an adequate septic system for the number of trailers.  Anyone know anything??

They have a tractor that comes by and pumps and deposes the waste.  Don’t know how much they pay but knowing Russel it’s quite a fee!

I meant they would charge a fee based on usage or include it in the rent.

There is no rent.those are deeded lots.its a service they pay for like any other, only smellier.

I am not sure what the septic setup is, but those RVs are not on deeded lots. Russell Lands subleases them to the RV owners, ie the RV owners do not own the dirt under the RVs.

I hhave never fact checked it but I have heard for years they were deeded now.in fact it's was here on the forum where I first read it I believe.it doesn't matter to me as I have no interest what so ever in the place.

No, they are rented, I know someone there.  I think it is over $400 a month.  You may be confusing it with LMRV, which is deeded.
