After Hurricane Michael devastated the Florida Panhandle in October, the top elections official in Bay County, a Republican,  allowed about 150 displaced voters to cast ballots by email, even though there is no provision that allows for it in state law. All elected officals in Bay County are Rebublicans. 

This is FRAUD folks.

I suggest you look at what is going on in Broward and Palm counties.  150 votes?!?!?  Meh.......how about election officials in a closed room filling out hundreds, if not thousands of phony absentee ballots?  See the affadivit of the woman that saw it all happening.  But you probably don't know anything about that do you?

Most Provisional ballots are cast by voters who show up at the wrong precinct.  A provisional ballot has ALL questions and races on it including many that are not specific to the precinct where the voter is supposed to be voting and most provisional voters vote all races shown on the provisional ballot.  Each ballot is marked with the correct precinct identification so a DUPLICATE ballot can be produced which does not include the votes that do not apply to that precinct.  The duplicates are fed into the vote reader/recorder for counting.  Those poll workers were producing those duplicate ballots...that is not fraud, that is following the law and being sure ALL legally cast votes are counted.  I know most on this forum consider counting the vote fraud but the law does not!

No doubt it wasn't covered.  Of course they are going wall to wall covering a measly 150 votes in the Panhandle.  Interesting question, how many of those were for the GOP and how many for the Dems?  I suspect it was a slight advantage for the GOP.  So here's my offer, we throw out those 150 votes and also the thousands of fake votes in South Florida.  Doubt Goofy will take us up on that offer.  Like all hypocrites, they only want their fake votes counted.

So, serious question: Why are voters who show up at the wrong precinct allowed to vote there? Why aren't they simply told to go to the correct precinct to cast their ballots?

That I cannot tell you but suppose there are many reasons.  Most, when told they are at the wrong precinct do leave and either do not vote or go to the proper place.  As for those who vote provisional many simply did not receive or forgot they had received notification of a change in precinct, some have moved and did not know they should now go to another voting place, some do not have proper ID on their person, some are simply stupid and don't know where they are supposed to be.  Whatever, provisional ballots are available in all 50 states whether they are run by Democrats or Republicans...you know the "law of the land".  Assuming the provisional voter shows up after the vote (less than half do) to prove he or she is a legal voter and produce ID then their vote must be counted.  That is exactly what is going on not just in GA and FL but most states right now...it's only something that partisans on either side seem to have a problem with when the provisional ballots could make a difference!
