sure it has had an impact--especially with DG's much lower peices--Ive even heard DG may be putting in GAS--found out new owner is from BHAM --wont disclose name here on forum--i went in Nails today & the girl working with green & purple hair was sitting on floor behind register either typing or reading texts on her phone
