Only a left wing nut could consider a fake meme as news.  Sorry Goofy, but I looked and all I could find was five people died from eating contaminated lettuce in 2018.  According to a GAO report, an average of over 6,000 illegal aliens are arrested each year for homicide.  That is along with the 250,000 arrested every year for all crimes.  Why don't left wing nuts love their fellow citizens and demand that these people not be allowed in the country?  And on a final note, we all know that real Americans would never pick lettuce so they have to use illegals.  Considering the fact that the contamination is from e coli, which we know where that comes from, they are likely also responsible for the lettuce deaths.  This is what you get when you take a stupid and wrong meme as the source of your news.  But hey, it's no less reliable than the govt media so keep at it.
