So sadly Chris is closing Harbordocks. One of the VERY FEW on the water places to eat and entertain. Is no one going to take up the lease and reeopen? It seems there is always a crowd there.

I was in there right before they closed and was told the same thing. They wanted to stay and keep it open but the repairs were MAJOR and the negotiations on the lease were coming up. They were hoping to work a deal but from his earlier post I took it the negotiations failed. Sad. Last year the pipes busted and flooded the place and they had to repair it. From what they said, they had to bear the cost of the repairs. Which I thought was absurd but I guess rental agreements have their limitations. Good luck to the next person.
