Well he is going to jail for lying, cheating etc - so I assume the the SDNY pretty much covered that with the fact he is going to prison.

If you can not offer evidence that what he said was 100% accurate how can anyone offer "evidence" that what he said was not.  But SDNY is putting him in prision for many things, lying is one of them.

He did lie last year!  Now, what were the lies he told last year?  Do any of you even know that he was basically going onto the tank for Trump or as Cohen himself would say ''taking a bullett for Trump''!  He was convicted of lying by supporting Trump's claim that he (Trump) had no business interests in Russia and the Republicans (Trump included) at the time were quick to praise and say ''see there, no collusion.''  Do any of you even get it?  Cohen is going to jail because he lied to shield, support, and reinforce Donald Trump's own lies!!! Think about that people.  Good Lord, how deep into the septic tank do you have to get before you decide I've had enough BS?

I confirmed Cohen has neither a degree in accounting isn't a CPA but seems to think he's qualified to comment on Trumps tax returns/finances; I also confirmed he doesn't have a degree in Psychology but thinks he's qualified to render opinions on Trumps mental state-this man is still trying to  swim upstream but is going under for the last time

So a convicted liar is now as pure as the new fallen snow and from what I heard in the hearing was that all of the things he is going to jail for are things that helped Cohen finanically one way or the other - they all were to help himself. 

Please post your evidence that he is not still lying to save years on his trip to jail.....

No he is a convicted liar who is going to the big house for lying to congress last year! What lie did he tell congress? He said The Trump organization did not have any business dealings with Russia after the Iowa Caucus in 2016.  Later it became known that this was not true and that the Trump business was negotiating for a deal to build the biggest business complex in Europe until just days before the 2016 election.

OK Phil, you tell me...if telling the same lies to Congress that Trump was telling the American people makes Micahael Cohen the scourge you think him to be, then what the hell does that make the originator of the lies...one Donald J. trump?

What's the big deal about whether he lied yesterday, last week, last year, or ten yars ago, the "fact" is that he lied and has been found guilty and is now playing his "sympathy" card. Why aren't you worried about Hillary, Comey, Rosenstein, and all the others in the DOJ and FBI who have committed crimes against the "Country" but so far have not been investigated for their wrong doings. Hopefully, their day is coming when we can "proclaim" equal justice under the law.

I can look anybody in the face and say that none of the so-called investigations into Hillary Clinton's past were conducted with any 'intent" to find any "criminal" activity on her part.  Her lies on Benghazi where she claimed that the attack was the result of a You Tube video; her use of a non-secure server leading to the release of thousands of "classified" documents and destruction of the associated evidence: her secret meeting with AG Lynch on the "tarmac" in Arizona; and the FBI's "changing" of the finding of "grossly negligent" to "extremeiy careless" when the decision had already been made before interviewing her that she would not "receive" any charges.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      My definition of "equal justice" means the same treatment for everyone, with no "special" treatment whether you are the poorest of the poor or are among the most "prestigious" people in the world. Please explain to us again "your definition of equal justice". How do you determine if someone receives "equal justice'?

What did the reports of these committees say after it was all over?

The FBI and DoJ did ''let her off the hook''.  The Republican run partisan committees of Congress did the same!  For months they combed through the evidence trying every trick in the book to find a ''smoking gun'' that the FBI had missed...they failed!  Being in denial of the facts does not make them any less facts!
