What is the first thing a socialist government does when it attains power? For the "safety" of the people they confiscate all the guns. Really it is for their own safety! From history our founding fathers (God bless them) and experience  knew that an armed society, with all it's faults, cannot be enslaved!

   Even when not in power "Progressives"(Socialist.communist, Nazis: all branches from the same miserable tree) keep proposing ever more restictive laws. It's like nibbling the edge of a cookie. Keep at it and it's all gone! Lets pull their teeth!
