But the gas tax was a done deal.  Now it is law.  There was never any doubt in my mind.  Gas going up 6 cents this year, 2 cents next year and the following.  Now we'll see how much work actually gets done.

she could raise a billion $$ by cutting wasteful spending--and again citizens are deprived of the right to vote for a lottery--guess an education tax will be next
