He is literally taking the position that his firing was obstruction.  POTUS can fire any political appointee he wants at any time.  That is his constitutional right.  The investigation went on after Comey was fired and everyone knows Rosenstein is a Trump hater.....and the feeling is mutual.  There was no obstruction because there was no crime to obstruct.  The hard reality is that collusion isn't even a crime in the first place.....but why let the law get in the way of a not so silent coup attempt to undo an election.  Putin must be laughing his a$$ off at how well this misinformation campaign worked.  Of course he had the advantage of the overwhelming support of useful idiots in the media and the Democrat party.  Has Hillary won he would have tried something similar with her emails, which he most certainly has, or he would ahve used this information to get all sorts of help from the administration in order to remain silent.

If in 2008 it had been revealed that Barack Obama's campaign had had secret meetings with Iranian interests to get ''dirt'' on McCain and lied about.  That Obama operatives brought pressure on the Democratic Convention Platform Committee to remove planks unwanted by Iran. That, after election Obama urged the FBI Director to ''Let it go'' referring to the investigation into his campaign consultant who was a known supporter of the Iranians, fired the director when he didn't drop the investigation then invited the Mullahs to the oval office and crowed he had fired the idiot that started the investigation into the contacts with the Iranians and that would take away the pressure for sanctions, etc, etc,etc....would you think that should have not been investigated, would you think it was all a ''witch Hunt'', would you crow that there was ''no collusion'', ''no obstruction of justice''.  Answer that question then lets talk!

If only Obama would have done something about Russia meddling in our election vs telling Russia to just "cut it out".  He treated Russia like he did ISIS - just a JV team - till he could weaponize it against DJT.  The electon hacking/DNC hacking/Podesta hacking/Clinton e-mail server was on his "scandal free" term in office.

Find it funny that you want an answer to Obama meetings with IRAN, with pallets of cash being delivered in the middle of the night, a nuclear deal that was a joke, gitmo releases who were negoting with the US at the last ISIS stronghold who were "not going to return to the battlefield after their release"  Obama cared more about Muslim terrorists then American citizens, just as the new lineup of demoncraps (yourself included) care more about illegal invaders then citizens.

Mueller says it is not illegal to fail to contact the FBI if a candidate and his campaign are approached by representatives of a hostile power...but Phil do you think it is a good thing to do?

Mueller says it is not illegal for a campaign to hold a secret meeting with a hostile foreign power that is offering dirt on an opponent...but Phil do you think it is a good thing to do?

Mueller says it is not illegal for the president to write a memo for his son that is a lie and then to lie again about doing it...but Phil do you think it is a good thing to do? 

Mueller says it is not illegal for members of a candidates campaign to, at the request of a hostile power, try to change your parties platform to benefit the hostile power...but Phil do you think it is a good thing to do?

Mueller says it is not illegal for the president to meet with the ambassador of a hostile power and  brag that he has gotten a pesky investigator off his and the hostile power's back by firing the investigator...but Phil is it a good thing to do?

Mueller says it is not illegal for the son-in-law of a presidential candidate to try to set up a private secret communication link to a hostile power through that power's embassy communication system...but Phil do you think it is a good thing to do?

Mueller says it is not illegal for a candidate and his representatives to be negotiating during a campaign with a hostile power about a bussiness deal that will net the candidate and the hostile power's dictator millions and then to lie about the negotiation...but Phil do you think it is a good thing to do?

By inference we must assume that Mueller would say that it will not be illegal if the next Democratic (or Republican for that matter) Presidential candidate and/or president does the same thing...but Phil do you think it would be a good thing to do?!

Yes It is bad for Hillary to collude with Russia in an attempt to swing the election toward her.  There also appears to be some evidence that she was colluding with the Ukraine to release documents on either flynn or Papadopolus(sp?)  

Yes it was bad that she used a basement server for all of her classified documents and from reports it was hacked multiple times, with probably every incoming email being routed to the Chinese.  Yes it was wrong that the DOJ/FBI under Obozo allowed a felon to get away with the crimes that she did.  Hopefully the IG will weigh in on the out of norms way she and her people were allowed to skate justice.

It also appears that the DNC and Hillary colluded with a British spy who pulled a load of crap from public reports at CNN without vetting anything. 

But these things do not seem to bother you.

Now question for you - is it bad that a sitting president / SOS to illegally weaponize the intelligence sources of the US to spy on a campaign for political reasons?  You love to bring up Nixon - but sorry Obozo / Hillary make him look like preschool.

By inference we must assume that Mueller would say that it will not be illegal if the next Republican Presidential candidate to make up some crap, run it through WND or Breitbart, use that crap to get a FISC warrant to spy on the opposition.
