An old floating dock has found itself resting in our slough. I remember reading that APCO will help in the disposal of docks with styrofoam billets. 

Can someone help with the proper contact info at APCO?

Sure F1Fan, I called the number in the link you provided.  It was an automated voice mail and I left a quick message about the dock. I also typed a request for information in a "contact us" box.  That was Tuesday and I haven't heard from them. I'm sure those big wheels turn slowly.

An update on the old floating dock.  

I contacted APCO's shoreline management via the website contact page (205) 257-2599. I left a voice message and left a typed message in a "contact us" box.  I didn'r get a response for weeks.

Then today, I found a contact number for the Lake Martin Shoreline Management at (256) 825-0053.  A real person answered and transferred me to the director. I explained my situation and the wheels started turning fast.  In less than an hour I received a call from the person in charge of removing these orphan docks. After a little due diligence, the dock has been scheduled to be removed.

Since I got the correct number, APCO has been more than responsive and professional. A nice experience.
