I know this will shock you.....yes, I jest.....but Bobby O gave a paltry amount of his wealth to charity and Che Bernie refuses to pay more in taxes.  His charitable giving on $370K in income was less than $1,200 (or one third of one percent) As for Bobby, his explanation is so pathetic it will make you puke.

“I’ve served in public office since 2005. I do my best to contribute to the success of my community, of my state, and now, of my country. There are ways that I do this that are measurable and there are ways that I do this that are immeasurable. There are charities that we donate to that we’ve recorded and itemized, others that we have donated to that we have not.”

What that d-bag is basically saying that he does his part by trying to take our money away at the point of a gun so he doesn't need to donate to charity.  I've long believed this is how left wing nut politicians think and he confirms it.

Bernie made over $560K and gave less than 3%....downright generous compared to wonder boy.  And Bernie's answer on the FoxNews townhall about paying more in taxes was likewise pathetic rambling and dissembling.  It pretty much came down to he's only going to pay the bare minimum despite wanting to raise taxes on all of us to pay for his socialistic ideas.  And I love him asking the questioner why she didn't pay more and her answer was dead on.  "I don't want a wealth tax" and the other host said, "She isn't running for President" and calling for higher taxes.

I thought Bern did a masterful (typical Washingtonian) job of deflecting questions back to others--as you pointed out--others he just avoided totally-- ; also, I'm wondering if he files singly without reporting his wifes substantial income--by the way whatever happened to that Ponzi scheme she ran for fund raising at the college she worked for--raised several hundred thousand that disappeared ??? just wondering

Trump isn't calling for the $32T in new costs for Medicare for all.  Trump actually lowered our taxes.  Trump is trying to secure our borders. If he does all that I could care less how much he gives to charity or what his net worth is or any of that crap.  He gets audited every damn year and if I were a betting man I suspect he doesn't want to release his tax returns because his net worth isn't what he says it is.  I could give a big whoop about that as long as he keeps socialized medicine out of this country and lowers our tax burden.

These two dimwits are excoriating us for not paying more at the point of a gun while they refuse to pay more and are tightwads when it comes to charitable giving.  I made way less that Bernie and gave away 20 times more to charity.  

And let me preempt you on the deficit.  We collected record tax revenues in 2018.  We have a spending problem and 75% of that or more comes from entitlement programs that he has absolutely no control over or responsibility for.

The Right knew the spending wasn't going to change yet they reduced taxes and now blame the deficit on less revenue. You can't have it both ways dude...it doesn't work. They should have reformed entitlements and then reduced taxes..remeber the GOP is the party for reducing expeditures to offset a tax change.

As I pointed out the Federal govt collected record revenue in 2018, which always happens when you lower marginal tax rates, spur the economy and put more people back in the workforce.  Works every time its tried.  Unfortunately the GOP only had time to reduce taxes before the witch hunt caused them to lose control of the House so spending cuts are out the door with Democrats in charge.

Tell me Goofy, do you still believe Trump colluded with Russia and obstructed the Mueller investigation?  I mean, if you can't be convinced with facts, logic and reason about the deficit you will literally believe anything that just isn't true.  You make a claim about tax cuts causing the deficit, I prove you are wrong and you simply refuse to accept the truth.  Must be nice to live in a fantasy world although it isn't exactly good for your mental health.  Seek help Goofy, before it's too late.  Going through life like that is no way to live.
