What is the large site being cleared beside the old conference center going to be?

The site is being built as a 32 home community that will have boat docks in the fasion of the village, near Marina Marin. Per the sign at the waters edge.

The huge land clearing near the old conference  center is an expansion of Harbor Point Marina.  There are a few home sites possible, but no specific plans have been released.

yes, BRRick is correct with the boat storage. I thought the conference center was the old pool house next to Stoneview summit that has been turned into homes. The lot clearing between Stoneview and Poplar is where the home site "village" is going.
