Subject:	Stonebridge Clubhouse

I took a trip up the old bridge on hwy 63 and stumbled came across some huge house/resort.  When i got home a google mapped it and learned that is a clubhouse for Stonebridge development.  I read some articles from about 10 years ago but did not find much else on it.  The last facebook posts were from 2016 and the website no longer is up.  It looks like the property is well maintained.  Does anyone have any information/history of what happened to the development?  And do they still rent out the clubhouse our for events?  Wonder that would cost.

My info is old, too. In 2016, our high school class reunion was going to rent it out for like $500. Back then a guy named Tim Evans owned it, he was a developer. For all I know, he still owns it, but like I said, this was 3 years ago.
