Answer?  Nope.  If that was all it took for Ryan to retire then he has the perserverance of an ice cube in a hot oven.  What Ryan really objects to is that Trump is far more conservative than he is and that he has done far more to advance the conservative agenda than Ryan did in all his time in Congress and his term as VP.....oh wait, he was part of a campaign that couldn't do what Trump did.....win.  And he keeps winning and America is Great Again and we need to keep it that way. 

Ryan now sucking up to the left for money is fine by me and not exactly unique.  Happens all the time, especially with RINOs.  But like the rest of them, he will get all sorts of fawning attention from left wing nuts like you when he is acting the role of useful idiot.

Man, you have trouble staying on task.  I can only imagine the report cards when you were little.  "Robbie has trouble staying on task."  "He frequently has to be reminded to focus on his work."  "He constantly tells me it's unfair that other students get better grades than him even though they finished their homework while he spent his time drawing pictures of Mao and Stalin."  

I blame the voters who have decided they can vote themselves access to the Treasury.  If you want to apportion blame then go ahead.  The current pack of politicians are pikers compared to what Obama did.....but they're working on it.  As for the Treasury "running out of money" that is clearly a complete joke.  They ran out of our money 20 years ago and have been living on future generations money ever since.  Don't let DC's economic illiteracy infect your brain.

Yeah, they are "numbed" all right - by Trump getting things done and taking on issues they didn't bother to address.  Trump has nothing to do with the non-functional Congress - they have been like this for years now.  Dont forget that Ryan was a Tea Partier, and he is likely still licking his wound that the Tea party turned out to be a big nothing.

No Goofy, it is just another example of you posting somehting dumb, getting owned and then trying to change the subject.  Multi-tasking is the ability to do multiple things well simultaneously.  You can't do that with one task let alone more than one.
