Why are protesters like those hurling protests outside Mitch McConnell's home not arrested? They are of the same "memtality" as the "murderers"  in El Paso and Dayton. The continuation of neglecting "behavior" such as this is only asking for more of the same. The recent "actions" by people in New York City dousing the police with water(while it may be amusing to some people), will continue until action is taken to arrest people for committing a crime. This incident has compelled lawmakers to announce a new bill that charges anyone that disrespects the police with a "felony". Allowing anyone to engage in actions such as that demonstrated at McConnell's home is only going to "fester" and lead to more outrage and dissent in much the same way that "failure" to have followed information relative to the murderers in El Paso and Dayton might have prevented their "atrocious" acts.

While your post makes perfect sense to thinking people, I can assure you those on the left will tell you that nothing they ever say or do results in violence and things we say or never said or did always is the cause of any violent act.  Heck, some leftists were actually blaming Trump for the deranged left wing nut Satanist in Dayton.  The sad reality is that both of these perps have way more common cause with the left and that is why the media is ignoring the Dayton guy and focusing on the racism of the other guy because it fits the blame Trump narrative.
