obviously you’re not a lawyer.  Libel is a real case here and I will guess that the justice or a representative will file a libel suit since the damage was done which can not be undone. 

Trump may tweet many insults but please name one that meets the definition of libel.

No I am not a lawyer, but I do know the difference between chicken salad and chicken chit?  Neither FF nor Trump are serving chicken salad! 

Not being a lawyer I am probably not qualified to say what is libel but as a layman I would think that accusing an opponent's father as being a part of the Kennedy assassination gets you pretty close.

Can you please point out any statement of ''fact'' that I have posted that not proveably true?  For the most part the statements of Rachel Madow and Chris Mathews AND Sean Hannity AND Tucker Carlson are opinions, not facts, and should be recognized as such no matter how persuasive they may be in their assertions.  I'm sure you can make a long list of ''opinions'' I have expressed that are anathema to you and that is fine.  I think any list of proveably untrue ''facts'' from me will be very short.

I was born in Wisconsin, attended Marquette University followed by Mayo Medical School in Minnesota. I then went to Law school @ Duke where I also completed my training. 

We moved to Atlanta in 1983 and have maintained a residece there ever since. 

We bought a house on the lake in 1997 North of the Kowaliga bridge. I have been married to the same woman for 40 years and have 3 children, one of whom had also chosen to buy on the lake.

We are very fond of the lake - and welcome our children and grandchildren from all parts of the US to come and visit. I think you need t reread some of your posts and rethink your overall attitude  we all have differing perspectives, but really?
