Mitt Romney has been coming out against the President.  Do we think that Mitt may be positioning himself to jump in, if Trump gets impeached or abandoned by his party??  I can't believe I'm saying it, but I almost wish that would happen.

I know you are asking Hound and maybe she can figure out just what the he!! you are talking about and answer.  As for me, and I suspect most of the nation, if we have to select somebody to drive our kid's school bus and the two possibilities are Donald Trump and Mitt Romney...well let's just say the selection is a slam dunk!!

Hound, you had your chance to vote for Mittens.  You chose Obama, just as you did with McCain.  Now here you are on the forum giving Trump advice.  Did you vote for Hillary?

Hound was, to my complete dismay, supporting Trump on this forum while most of you, especially MM, were blowing him off an an offensive blowhard nut!  I think she was wrong then and the others were right.  Now maybe, just maybe, things have flipped!

No, I didn't.  I voted for Trump.  I've never especially liked Mitt Romney and I wouldn't have voted for John McCain if he was the last candidate in the world.  His ego made Trump look shy and retiring... LOL

I don't have a problem with Trump and if he is the candidate, I will vote for him again.  I don't think he has done anything wrong at this point, per se, but I'm afraid it is going to get much worse before it gets better.  I'm afriad that this controversy is going to swallow up any time to get back to the agenda, although I see he has signed some EOs.  I wish he would stick to his agenda and reminding people of that he has kept his campaign promises and his vision for his next term.  Instead he is running around yelling about treason and China and now it looks like there is another Whistle Blower.

As I have said here several times, he needs to take a page from Obama's play book and say "When they go low, we go high".
