I left a post recently regarding your comment that I am "ignorant and uniformed". As always, you are entitlled to your opinion which we all are, but just in case you didn't see my respone, I will repeat it here: "As usual you go to any extreme to avoid a response. My post to you was no different than all the "what ifs" you propose and then provide the answer that you think everyone else should agree with. I''ll live with my ignorance compared to all the "BS" you spout".

Yes the USA is a lot larger and more diverse than the other First World economies we are compared against vis a vis healthcare costs and results.  That is just the nature of the beast, but the nation with the very best healthcare results (UK) spends 45 cents for every dollar we spend and has a fairly large population (66 million) and is nearly as diverse as the 325 million in the US.  Germany with 80 million, France with 66 million, Italy with 64 million and Japan with 120 million also put us in the shade in results for much less cost per capita.  I know you don't like it but that doesn't change the facts.

Given the choice of governing Switzerland or the US l suspect Switzerland would be easier...UK, Germany, Japan, well I'm not so sure.

You say Democrats have spent the last 3 years blocking ''everthing'' Trump attempts...Buteye, tell me who controlled both houses of congress from Jan 20 2017 to Jan 1 2019!  Maybe the reason the Democrats swept the House in 2018 was because the people are sick of Trump and of the do nothing GOP congress. I suspect they will finish the job in 2020!
