On the same day of the vote, Tim Morrison, who just left the WH said the below.  So far we have multiple witnesses claiming nothing happened and two that have, both of which have an axe to grind:

"I want to be clear, I was not concerned that anything illegal was discussed," said Tim Morrison, former NSC Senior Director for European Affairs who was on the July 25 call between the two leaders.

Morrison also testified that the transcript of the phone call which was declassified and released by the White House "accurately and completely reflects the substance of the call."

Morrison testified that Ukrainian officials were not even aware that certain military funding had been delayed by the Trump administration until late August 2019, more than a month after the Trump-Zelensky call, casting doubt on allegations that Trump somehow conveyed an illegal quid pro quo demand during the July 25 call.

“I have no reason to believe the Ukrainians had any knowledge of the [military funding] review until August 28, 2019,” Morrison said. That is the same day that Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., the chief anti-Trump inquisitor in the U.S. House of Representatives, disclosed on Twitter that funding had been held up. Politico also published a story that day, sourced to anonymous leaks, that military funding had been temporarily held up. -The Federalist

You are good a cherry picking a few ''helpful'' quotes among mostly ''hurtful'' statements.  Such as his statement that his talk with Amb to the EU Sondland convinced him that release of the funds was contingent on a public statement from Ukraine that they were entering into certain investigations requested by the WH.  How do you define ''Quid pro quo'' MM? 

He also in general corroberated the testimony of Amb Taylor!

Archie, the reason I didn't bother with that portion of his statements is that it is obviously related to the investigation of what happened in the 2016 election with foreign interference.  I mean, you idiot leftists were all for investigating this when Trump was the target.  But suddenly when deep state Democrats are the target this is improper?!?!?!?  What a bunch of hypocrites! 

As for a quid pro quo to force Ukraine to comply with the treaty they signed with Bill Clinton, not only is that proper and lawful, it is exactly what happens in foreign affairs when you want cooperation.  It happens all the time, just ask Biden, three Democrat Senators, Crazy Bernie who recently threatened Isreal's aid if they didn't do what he wants, Hillary and on and on and on.  You can't possibly be that stupid....oh wait, once again don't answer that.  You're damn right he wants to find out how this whole Russia collusion hoax happened and I support him and GOP members of the Senate and House in wanting to figure out what happened.  100%!!!  But I get why you all of the sudden aren't interested in foreign interference in our election because we are quickly learning there was collusion.....but it was Democrats colluding and unlike Trump, they are doing everthing in their power, including a phony impeachment inquiry, to try to make this go away.

And I will say this again before you spout your stupid ideas, this isn't about Trump.  This is about bringing to light the misdeeds of the prior administration in using the power of the DOJ and CIA to spy on and try to set up an opponent's political campaign, the illegal use of a cutout law firm by Hillary's campaign to engage foriegn nationals and foreign governments to influence an election and the efforts of Democrat deep state actors after the election to falsely accuse the President of collusion.  I want to see them all brought to justice!

What difference does it make about what the investigation is about?  As long as it is from a foreign source, is ''of value'' and benefits an American politician it is illegal whether a quid pro quo is part of the deal enough...period!  Of course the fact that this 2016 conspiracy by Ukraine to benefit Hillary Clinton has been debunked by ALL agencies in the US and Ukraine makes no difference to the blinder wearing leadership of the Trump Personalty Cult!

I have already debunked this nonsense about value and you have not once responded to my point about quid pro quo's being a natural and effective tool of foreign affairs. And I am still waiting for you to show us one example of someone being convicted under this law for accepting information from a foreign national.  After such a long time you can surely come up with one....after all you claimed this was settled law.  Either put up or shut up about this stupid idea.....prove it Archie or are you like Pencil Neck that says he has the goods, never produced them and then the Mueller report proved he was an abject, bald faced lying bag of bovine excrement.

And not once have to responded to my calling you a hypocrite for previously wanting to get to the bottom of foreign interference when Trump was the target but now all of the sudden when it's Democrats in the crosshairs it is wrong.  And you are either too dumb or too consumed in mental illness that you can't even admit the truth.  When Obama, Biden, Hillary, the Democrat Senators, et al are in jail for their use of quid pro quo's in foreign affairs then we can talk about Trump.  But until then you just sound stupid repeating the same false talking points.

It really is a sickness to think that using leverage to get to the bottom of the Russia collusion hoax is somehow wrong because it's Trump but it's perfectly fine when a Democrat does the same thing and much worse to create the hoax in the first place.  I don't understand how someone can be so deluded to live their lives like that.  It's both sad and pathetic......esepcially since they don't see it.

the same agencies that investigated the Russia Collusion under Mueller also investegated the "Ukraine" collusion under the DoJ.  They found a lot including what any normal person would classify as collusion in the Russia investigation but nothing in the Ukraine investigation.  Obviously MM, Phil and similar flat earthers put more faith in the rantings of Rudy G. than in the findings of the U.S. intellegence and Justice community.

My eyesight and critical thinking abilities are 20/20.....you however have serious issues with facts, logic and reason.   Given what we know about the Russia collusion hoax perpretrated by the very same agencies you trust on Ukraine, all I can say is to quote Forrest Gump, "Stupid is as stupid does". 

That you use them as your source of any kind of truth would be hilariously funny if it weren't so utterly ridiculous and sad.  Get help and get a refund for your govt education Archie, you desparately need both.
