He's officially gone from sniffing hair and fondling young girls to sucking his wife's finger in public during her speech.  I am still waiting for him to stick his tongue down her throat like Algore did to Tipper.....while he was cheating on her.  And speaking of creepy, check out this line from the man who thinks he can beat Trump in 2020, “And by the way, you know, I sit on the stand, and it gets hot," Biden explained. "I got hairy legs that ... turn blonde in the sun and the kids used to come up and reach in the pool and rub my leg down so it was straight and watch the hair come back up again. They'd look at it.
