Assuming Democarats are as stupid and destructive as I think they are, the impeachment will soon move to the Senate and as hard as it is to imagine they actually have the nerve to demand minority rights.  The very same rights denied Republicans by Pelosi, Schiff and Nadler.  While I can't imagine Graham and McConnell would be that stupid........they could actually be that stupid.  As much as I would like to see Guiliani present all the evidence about corruption in Ukraine with the Bidens I am frankly sick and tired of this whole, stupid nonsense.  They should look at the articles, look at the devastating GOP rebuttal and vote to acquit.  And they should tell the House that this is what they will do every time if they decide to send other articles to the Senate.

I don't see Republicans giving in to Schoomer on this, considering the circus the House Democrats put on.

I certainly hope they don't.  The Dems made their bed in the House and need to sleep in it in the Senate.  Tired of the Repubs taking the high road when it is to the detriment of the country.  We saw what the Dems did with Kavanaugh, now the impeachment.  While it is not ideal, Repubs need to teach the Dems actions have consequences, like they did with Harry Reid and the Nuclear Option.

Completely agree.  Let's hope Cocaine Mitch and Lindsey Graham stick to their guns.  The Democrats are literally melting the hypocrisy meter because they know the effort in the House under Pencil Neck and Fat Boy was an abject failure.  As much as I initially wanted a lot of witnesses in the Senate, including Pencil Neck and staff, the weaseleaker, etc. all under oath, I think the American people don't care about this and those that do are sick of it.  Vote to acquit and let's see if the Democrats are dumb enough to take another run at it in the House.

Of course they are that dumb.  I read this morning they are already issuing subpenas fro documents from the Meuller report.  I, like you, initially wanted the big show trial but since the IG report and comments/actions of Barr and Durham I am gaining confidence indictments are forthcoming. Make the dirty bastards face a real court/jury and not grandstand in the Senate in what is no more than a court of public opinoin.

On the other hand, if there are no indictments by late spring, early summer at the latest I fear what may happen.  Of course we already know that the libtard rent a mobs will be in full force if/when arrests are made anyway.  Virginia is turning into a real powder keg and could turn into a shooting situation if the liberals start to do half of what they are promising to do.  They are talking about callin up National Guard troops to carry out their fantasy of confiscating "assault weapons".  Of course the scenario will be to "red flag" anyone who resists in any way and declare them unfit to own ANY weapon.

It would be sweetly appropriate if McConnell would deny any hearsay evidence in a Senate trial.  All House testimony was hearsay except for Sondland, who happened to confirm Trump's position.  No live witnesses, if Schumer wanted Mulvaney and Bolton, then he should have told Nancy and Shifty to pursue testimony through the courts.  They didn't, tough love.
