You recommended Whatfinger.com as an alternative to Drudge Report.  It has been great and I have enjoyed it until the last week or so.  Now everytime I go there my security software lights up like a Prison Camp. Have you had any issues with them lately?  I actually deleted them from my favorites this morning to avoid temptation of going there, which is a shame because I really enjoyed the site.

What are you getting - my antivirus is not flagging anything, but I also run a adblocker so alot of crap gets blocked which is about the norm for all sites.

any idea what it is flagging as bad?  it could be as simple as they are flagging the site due to recommended changes to SSL/TLS communications protocols for websites / browsers that went into affect over the last few weeks.

I don't know what is goiong on.  I just know when I click to view some articles my Norton Anti-virus goes nuts.  Issues a screeching sound and a warning screen.  Acouple of times I have had to reboot to clear it.  I will try to get a screen shot by going back again.  I hate it too because it was fast becoming one of my favorites.  I especially lkie the humor section.

if you can check the norton logs or something and find out what it was flagging on might be able to figure out what is going on.  Could be a rogue ad that is going to some malware site or something,  Would not be the first one I have seen.  helped clean up a machine once that had got a virus from the WSJ from an ad that had been redirected to china a few years back.  Used to it was the porn sites and bad palces that you got viruses.
