I use http://www.lakemartin.com/Level/Calendar/2020/02/ as my browser home page. You have to change the month every 30 days but it gives you a mont's worth of history and forecast, ie forcasted full pool dates and plug dates. Currently, if I read it correctly, plug date would be 2/28 with water level rising .2ft on the 29th. I think we can throw these dates away this year.
I also use 'alerts' to let me know when the water has gone up to/down to certain levels of my choosing.

Officially, it is March 1. Practically, with all this rain, we will be above winter level before that. Here is a link to a good article:
