Since Mr. dont buy ripe bananas likes to post a lot - maybe he would like to answer how much better he could be off if he got infected while in Italy.

Elderly and infected in Italy is close to a death sentence.  I've tried to get medical care in Italy and it was such a cluster that I gave up and went to a pharmacy.  It is abysmal.
