Yes. It depends on what you did with the first one. If you completed the first one it online then shred the 2nd one. If not, go online and complete it.

You don't have to answer all the invasive questions.  Legally all you have to do is give the number of voters in your household.

I did the research many years ago.  Legally you need to tell the federal government how many people, not voters live at your address.  That's it.  10 years ago I got several repeat letters asking me to answer the other questions.  The last 2 letters stated that someone would personally come to my house to ask the questions.  My attorney advised me to ignore them, I did and finally the leters stopped.  Last week I told our government how many people lived at this address and nothing more.

I knew I'd be wrong.  Legally that is.

Just filled out my number of persons and name and phone number.

The internet form changed from you must to please answer these questions after the household number question.

There was no way to gracefully exit, so I exited ungracefully.  Maybe they have the info, maybe not.

Filled mine out online. They ask you if you are living at this address full time on April 1. If the answer is NO, then they ask quetions such as, "Is this a Rental?; Is this a vacation home?" Etc. Then it asks for the address of your full time home. Easy peasy.
