Let's compare what Trump was doing since early January while Democrats were focused on their fake impeachment circus.  When you do, please get back to me.  I don't blame any government entity for the virus other than the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). 

But let's follow your logic, such as it is.  If indeed Trump were responsible for these deaths as a result of Federal government action or inaction then there would be no difference in the impact of the virus across the fruited plain.  All states were treated equally poorly by the Federal government so all should likewise suffer the same.  

But alas, we know that's not the case.  In fact we see dramatic differences in the impact of the virus from state to state and region to region.  That difference is a result of many factors, not the least of which is the response of the state and local officials.  For example, you can hardly blame Trump for Cuomo ordering nursing homes to take in people with the virus......ordered them to, not asked nicely...ordered.  Nor could you give Trump credit for DeSantis in Florida taking the exact opposite approach which saved many lives.  I could on and on with a multitude of examples in how state and local officials made decisions in their response to the virus that helped or did more harm. 

Regardless, I don't blame them for the virus...that's on the CCP.  But then again, I am not suffering from derangement syndrome so I can still think rationally.  You however........

That is categorically false.  Doesn't mean some of your arguments have merit, but that is non-sensical and incompatible with decades of public health data about everything: the flu, infant mortality, syphilis, TB, you name it.   Federal inaction or action relates minimally to regional differences in impact.

So let me be more clear.  This virus is not the responsibility of the Federal government or Trump.  He didn't create the virus, he didn't hide it like the CCP did and he responded in numerous ways from January while Democrats were busy on their phony impeachment over a nothing phone call. 

My point is that if there were some systematic failure at the Federal level it would impact all states the same.  But the reality is that each state is responsible for its own crisis management and the Federal govt is there to step in and help them when they are overwhelmed.  This is true of any disaster, natural or otherwise.  Yes, there would be regional differences but those are due to the choices made by the citizens of those areas and their government.  If you decide to pack into a massive city that relies on public transportation and have a Governor that forces nursing homes to take virus patients then you are going to suffer disproportionately.  There is a reason that Florida differed significantly from NY.  Which by the way, is why so many flee NY for that state.....low taxes and good governance.
