I assume you are talking about the Brooks/Wendy's shooting.  Criminal history doesn't matter - its only that the police are white and he is black.  I saw an article that a number of Atlanta policemen called in sick yesterday to protest the charges brought against the officers in this incident.  After all this, we'll be lucky if we have any decent police left willing to serve.
