Suing them is stupid.  They are a private company and can require masks if they want and he can just elect not to give them his business.

They do have a large sign that says masks are required.  You can sue anyone for anything, but it's no different than stores that say "no shoes, no shirt, no service".   He'll be doing a lot of suing if he wants to go in any stores around the area - they all require masks.  I'm sorry, but when I hear stories like this, I just think "neanderthal".

I met with a client this morning in Athens/Clarke County GA and with another in Madison/Morgan County this afternoon.  I filled up and grabbed a sausage biscuit at a Racetrack station in Athens where every employee and evey customer was wearing a mask.  Even people outside filling their cars were masked. On the way home on a brutally hot day I stopped at a QT station near Madison to get a coke.  All employees were wearing a mask but I was the only customer wearing one.  Athens/Clarke and Madison/Morgan are about 25 miles apart. Clarke voted 2 to 1 for Hillary, Morgan voted 2 to 1 for Trump.  Trump voters trust Trump and conspiracy theories, Hillary voters trust science and facts.
