It is an interesting article.  It shows a lot about how things work in Washington.  I always wished he would run for President.  He didn't want to make the UN speech, but the loyal soldier in him made him do it.  I was working in Washington in OSD during this time and I knew people that were involved with the lead up to the Iraq War.  Bush was sold a bill goods by Rumsfeldt, and the neocons.  As Powell told Bush "you break it, you bought it" and we certainly paid.
