On my way to Birmingham for a six month check on my bionic knee, I tuned in the the news and got part of the John Lewis funeral coverage.  I didnt hear what GW Bsh had to say but what I heard from Bill Clinton was insightful, funny at times, and a true testament to Congresman Lewis.  What I heard from Barack Obama reminded me more of a rah rah speech given at a political rally than a testament to the Congresman's life and character.  Sure there were mentions of those, but for the most part as a pretext to a thorough slamming of the current administation. I should have expected such a speech, but was dismayed at it anyway.

I thought so too.  Bashing the Administration by perpetutating the lie that federal agents are beating on "peaceful protesters".  My protester creds are dusty, but it seemed to me that peaceful protesting involving marching, chanting and signs.  It doesn't involve explosives, blinding lasers, and fireworks, nor attempting to burn down federal buildings and businesses.  This was one of the things I disliked about Obama was President - inciting racial unrest.  I think that part of the reason we are where we are in race relations had to do with things he said and did during his adminstration.  I've always thought that he was a bit racist and we know that Michelle hates white people.

Clinton is generally a good speaker and I thought that GWB did a good job too.

take an honest look at the facts of what really happened.  Before the Feds showed up to star in the Trump campaign video the late nightly activity at the Portland Federal Building had dwindled down to a hundred folks give or take a few and they were using foul language and spray-painting graffiti.  Not an admirable demonstration of civility, but certainly not a major threat to life, limb or property and the number involved was going down night by night.  After the Feds arrived the crowds have swollen to thousands and fire bombs have replaced spray paint.  Not excusible but about what you would expect.  Stupidity begets stupidity and this country is being run by about as stupid a bunch as can be imagined!

You are advancing lies.  240 DHS LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS have been injured since the 12am - 5am riots began in Portland 60 days ago.  A few officers have been blinded by lasers.  The feds came to protect MY PROPERTY.  I want them there.  I don't want a Fed Courthouse burned, and overrun by professional anarchists.  Sorry to say thay your and and MSM Portland talking points are being exposed as the lies that they are and America is paying attention.  Don't believe the polls Archie, anarchy is being tied to your party, and Biden let it happen because he is holed up in his basement being told what to do and say.  Such a sad candidate.....
