Joe Biden commented this morning that the Latino community is far more diverse than the black community "with a couple of notable exceptions".  Harris Faulkner is a black female anchor in the early afternoon on Fox News.  She is one classy lady, a military "brat" married to a white guy, and is exceptionally professional in her on-air demeanor.  But today, when reporting Biden's comments, she hesitated, then uttered the following:  "He thinks we are all the same?" For her to have said that on air speaks volumes.  Biden counts on the black vote but if he keeps letting out what are apparently his true feelings, he will probably lose a good portion of that vote.

Of course now that his handlers have made him understand what a faux pas he has committed, he is trying to say he didn't really mean that. Sure, Joe.

In his defense, why would a Democrat politician think otherwise?  Despite having failed the black community for the last 50 years, having been the party of slavery, segregation and Jim Crow and having once again enslaved them with the Great Society, more than 90% of them continue to vote for the same party with the same ruinous policies.  Liberals in general, and white liberals in particular, are perfect examples of the soft bigotry of low expectations.  Black women can't raise their children so they need abortion.  Black men can't keep a job or stay married or even get married in the first place so we need welfare.  Black people are violent and killing each other and others so we need to take away their guns.  Black newscaster asks a reasonable but not totally softball question and he is a junkie.  The list goes on. 

LBJ knew what he was doing and got what he expected and so why would Democrats think otherwise about black people?  Biden's dementia has removed the filter that liberals and Democrats usually have on and gave us some insight into what the left really thinks about people of color.

If the man cannot form a simple statement without offending an entire race, why do liberals think he is going to be a vast improvement over Trump?  Of course his campaign is going to try to mop up after that - just like they had to do after "you ain't black" slip.

First of all, linking liberal with reasonable citizen is a stretch.  In your mind, maybe but certainly not mine. 

But to the crux of your argument, google "sane" and you will get "free from mental derangement; having a sound, healthy mind: a sane person. having or showing reason, sound judgment, or good sense: sane advice. sound; healthy."  Joe Biden does not meet that standard and thus you just made the case for Trump, no matter how many warts.

please read your description of ''sane'', then apply that to the actual words uttered by Donald Trump over the last 3+ years then take off your political opinion and compare them side by side to those of Joe Biden, then say with a straight face that the former is in possession of more ''sanity'' than the latter.

Boy, you Dems set the bar quite high for your candidates. 

If these are the traits that you demand of your candidates for the highest office in the land, would it not have been also appropriate for the mayor of Portland to arrest and incarcerate the rioters who were attempting to barricade sane, breathing humans in a building before attempting to set it on fire with accelerants rather than scolding them, like a weak parent, to refrain from such activity because the action may end up in a Trump video?
