No doubt that it has spread through the West Wing.  My question would be what kind of testing were those individuals receiving on a daily basis?  Hopefully they were getting the far more accurate molecular testing and not the antigen testing.  It certainly would appear that a false negative test occured on someone who either was infected and asymptomatic or in an early stage of contagion.  All that this proves is that this virus is menacingly contagious and one can never let their guard down.  Note that I did not say we must  "lock down".  Keep distancing as best you can,  wash and cleanse your hands obsessively and avoid hand/ face contact.  If you can't maintain 6-8 feet of separation, wear a mask if you are so inclined in order to protect others to some degree, knowing that a mask is not 100% effective.
