I don't understand the "racisim" claim, although I do find the whole effort to be a bit odd and, frankly, condescending.  Moreover, I don't believe it will be very successful as most people who are not already inclined to do so, will not be motivated to vote by the promise of a $6.00 donation to their church.  Silly yes, racist, no.

I’ll use your word.  Answer to why is this racism.....To single out a certain race to attempt to buy their votes is called RACISM.  Funny how liberals can do totally RACIST krap, yet it is not seen as RACIST by liberal idiots.  Did Dougie Jones come to my church and offer $6 for each dimokrap vote....NO.....WHY?  This VOTE BUYING via black preachers is totally criminal.  Why did they only make offer in majority black communities.  I want my church to get the $6 for my vote....are you gonna pay my preacher??
