In 2012, you posted regarding an update issue and you contacted Bruce who fixed it. Why not send Bruce an email and ask to be removed as he controls the list? Or, just avoid the Forum.

It's even easier than that.  In order to see these posts you actually have to click on the Off-Topic Forum and then click on individual posts. Otherwise you don't see anything other than the title block.  Off-Topic is where most of the vitriole occurs so just don't click on the link and problem solved.
