We have used Carlos at A Plus Painting out of Auburn 3-4 times between our lake house and our house in Georgia. He has also done superb work on our daughter’s house. Just recently - at the lake - he and his crew removed, replaced, caulked and painted all the rotten wood along our extensive decking system and stair ways , re- screened a porch , removed and replaced all the rotten wood on our eaves and other areas of the house ( our house is cedar) caulked and painted.  The job was outstanding and the price was more than fair. 

About 7 years ago they re-caulked and painted our entire lake house- removing and replacing as they went. Again for a great price. 

Also, just recently, they painted the inside of our Georgia home and made wood rot repairs on the outside around window sills and eaves. 

For our daughter they did a deck addition and painted the entire house- including lime wash on red brick. 

We just can't say enough good things about Carlos. If you want someone who shows up when they say they will and works until the job is done in an expeditious fashion --   someone who has integrity and charges a fair price for a fantastic job. Call Carlos.
