So despite the ongoing legal battle apparently "Atlanta" has already wiped the server.  See the email exchange below:

“I am seeing lots of notices from lawyers about possibly impounding the machines,” the poll worker wrote, according to the affidavit. “Lawyers are now saying that the machines should be confiscated immediately before this happens to protect forensic data. They are saying those machines need to be impounded ASAP. Yikes. Maybe I’m being overly paranoid but let’s be sure this is what we’re supposed to be doing.”

The supervisor responded: “It’s what we are supposed to do. It will take a court order to stop this process—so I guess we need to keep watching the news. If we get a court order to stop, we will see it in our SOS information.”

When the poll worker asked if the reset will wipe the forensic info from the machines, the manager said that “Atlanta already did it.”

In my experience with litigation if a party destroys evidence they lose....do not pass go, do not collect $200.  If in fact this happened then there is no way to certify the vote in Georgia.  There is no way to determine if the Dominion machines were manipulated.

There is actually a legal doctrine that states that destroyed evedince is to be considered detremental to the party that desstroyed it.  I am so fed up with weak repuclicans folding like orgami.  If Trump is deposed by a stolen election I hope he starts a new party to destoy the Repulicans and takes control away from the old guard.

MM I hope you are correct.  If it was done remotely I hold out hope that proof resides in Frankfort data.

when an enemy is in the process of destroying himself.  The Republicans are now eating their own!  That is not good for the Republican Party and, equally disturbing, it is not good for America!
