ANSWER THIS:  Why are so many intelligent people leaving the big, dimokrap run cities in the US.  If not the parasites, what is it?  Is it the stupid taxes imposed by dimokrap management?  Is it the rampant crime of the parasites?  There has to be a reason, other than just wanting to live next door to folks in fancy homes and watching their property values dive.  Or, watch good schools nose dive in quality.  Gotta be a reason.....what is it?

People have alawys left cities for the suburbs both rich and poor. Look at MM, he grew up in Pittsburg and now lives in the suburbs. I did it for the benefit of my famliy. City living with kids is not fun. I grew up in the city and moved to the suburbs after I married. I hated city living but still enjoy a trip to Atlanta or Philadelphia.

Sadly, living in the woods like you do does not expose those like you to the concept of leaving Alabama, where schools are ranked 50th in the country,  for another state or even Cobb County to give their kids a decent opportunity in life. 

We are a mobile society and NO one has the right to expect to be the last person to move into a community. That seems to be a concept those on the Right have difficulty accepting or just understanding. Bigots all want to close the gates to all colors and with lesser income.

I have never lived in the city. I grew up in a small town of 30K people south of Pittsburgh.  I have never lived in a large city and always in the suburbs because of lower taxes, lower crime, better schools and an overall much better standard of living.   And I consistently vote to try to keep things that way.  Sadly, over time the suburbs get infested with liberals fleeing the mess they have created, you know, the high taxes, rampant crime and pathetic schools, and then making a mess of their new environs......  Just like you did in fleeing to Florida and its lower taxes.

When you flllleeeeeeeeddddd from the city to tha surburbs, were you an asset to your new neighborhood or did you degrade the whole area with your presence.  Did property values increase with your presence or tank?........don’t bother to answer....something tells me you would ruin my example!  

Yes, moving to the surburbs is an honest effort to improve one’s life, and the same is true with those trying to escape the parasite class that ruin everything.  And with ruination come the dimokraps...happens every time, everywhere.  Rule in the rural Southern towns is to never let a Federal housing project be built within your city limits......tell me why......tell me!!

The thing is that leftists like Goofy and Archie see everything in terms of intersectionality (race, gender, sexual orientation, etc.) and any opposition to the failed policies of the left is immediately branded as racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, etc. It's what you have to do when faced with facts, logic and reason that decimates your political beliefs.  They simply cannot compete in the arena of ideas so thye demonize and try to shut down debate by throwing labels around.......the last refuge of the intellectually vacuous.

They can't get the idea that we don't care about any of that crap and judge people on the content of their character and their views on economic and political issues.  And we can at the same time disagree with them on social issues.  They reality is that we can support blacks like Thomas Sowell, Tim Scott, Walter Williams, etc. because we agree with their political, social and economic values.  And we can agree with Hispanics like Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Susana Martinez, Linda Chavez for the same reason.  Or we can agree with LGBT folks like Rich Grinnel, Peter Thiel and the Log Cabin Republicans because of their views on political and economic policy and many, but not all social issues.  Likewise we can eagerly disagree with old, white heterosexual leftists because we know that what they believe in is wrong for America.
