Wood responded to the allegations Tuesday evening, writing via e-mail: "I was domiciled in Atlanta in October of 2020 and was a resident of Georgia at that time. I have been a resident of Georgia since 1955."

"I own properties in Georgia and South Carolina. I changed my resident to South Carolina on February 1, 2021."

So he voted and then moved out of state having lived there since 1955... So even if he maintained his residency in GA longer in GA to vote before he moved how the f is that voter fraud you moron?

GBI?????  Where did you find that?  If Raffie is correct, then our assertion that there was voter fraud was correct after all!  I would expect that Raffie will then investigate every deceased vote, every out of county and state irregularity with as much conviction as he is doing with Wood, who exposed him as incompetent.

If Wood was domiciled in SC, the state will have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he and his wife had decided to move to SC prior to his voting in October.  Good luck with that.  

Raffie is in political trouble and is grasping at straws.

CRD- so if you decide you are going to move to another state you lose your voting rights in the state just because you are planning to in the future?  I have always thought it was wheny you actually moved, sold your home and setup a new residence elsewhere.

Damn, guess all the hollywierds who pledged to leave the country when Trump was elected should not have voted in any election since then.  I guess we found more voter fraud.

So until he actually moves he was still a resident, makes lots of sense why the dead can still vote in GA since their residence is still in the GA ground. 

Shame the dems do so much to prohibit clean up the rolls of dead people and people who have moved out of state.  

I agree with Antifatech, since all this new fangled technology could not have been thought of by the founders we should go back to in person, paper and quill voting like they did back in the good ol days.  I do not remember any vote by mail, pony express, extended voting days from the history books.

Mr H, and you certainly will, but simply stating what has been charged is not considered a conviction in people with open minds.  If the charge turns out to be true l will let you know because since you claimed back before the election that you hadn’t heard of Marjorie Taylor Greene it appears you are not keeping too current on current events.  In the words of your former president “stand back and stand by.”

I did read it and what you plainly said to Phil is "I just reported that he is under investigation for voting illegally." That is simply not true, because in your first post in this string you editorialized after relating that he was under investigation, saying "it seems he now lives in SC and was not eligible to vote in GA!".

even if you interpret it incorrectly.  If you make a comment about ''the guy who broke into the 7-Eleven'' before he is actually charged, indicted, tried or convicted does that mean you are acting as prosecuter, judge and jury?  I think not.  I think it would be interpreted by most reasonable people as a comment on an event.

Ahh yes you made a comment and editorialized opinion about the article based on unproven facts - you start it off with "you can not make this up" and finish it out with more comments about what would seem to be voter fraud.
