Interesting that they filed state court in NY!!  No claims of vote stealing made in NY.....Guess they want a sure win from tha AG QUEEN!

This “ heavyweight”  FL software company only ran election equipment in100% DIMOKRAP Los Angeles.  WOW, GOOF-IDIOT  why didn’t ya own up to some REAL facts.  Maybe they have purged and cleansed all the evidence before they got brave enough to seek cash.... Number one, there is never a "conviction" in a civil case and if you don't know the difference between civil and criminal you really shouldn't comment on things of a legal nature.  Secondly, the truth is an absolute defense against libel and slander/defamation.  Ther is also a different standard.  In criminal cases the prosecution has to prove "beyond a resonable doubt". A very high standard.  In civil the standard is "by a preponderance of evididence" .  A much lower standard. 

So when dominion syas they lied and dmaged us the defense only need show what they said is true, which I'm sure the evidence is there to back it up.  If its tue, by a preponderance of the evidence they will not be found to be responisible for any harm their words or deeds did.  Do you really think these guys are going to let evidence in to show their illegal actions?  Yeah, me either.   It's all a game of smoke and mirrors tryig to intimadate folks into shutting up.
