Setup by Obama / Biden in 2015, Trump blamed for the "concentration" camps and the use of it

Just a few months after the Democratic debates, the shelter was shuttered in August 2019. But this morning, the Miami Herald reported that the Biden administration plans to reopen the Homestead center, which is now called the Biscayne Influx Care Facility.

Harris said under the Harris Administration she would end the use of this type of detention center.

Harris "They do not deserve to be treated like criminals"

Biden/Harris reopens the "concentration camp", treats kids like criminals, instead of ensuring kids are where they belong, with their families.
