Funny Goofy didn't pick this one up but apparently the Cuomo vaccine czar developed his distribution priority based on their willingness to support the Governor in fighting off the fact that he murdered 15,000 elderly New Yorkers in nursing homes, covered it up to avoid a DOJ investigation and is a serial sexual predator. 

But hey, in Goofy world this is perfectly fine and a nothingburger compared to what happened in Florida.  Cue Goofy to tell us about how Josh Hawley's prom date and middle school principal are very disappointed he supported Trump and expressed concerns about the integrity of the election.  Or maybe he'll remind us how Trump used Obama's cages to incarcerate illegal alien minors....ya know, the cages that are overflowing right now.  But fear not, Dementia Jow will get right on it after his morning nap....or maybe his afternoon nap....but certainly before he passes out from exhaustion right after they remove the bib covered with food debris and take away his dinner plate.

Not only elderly but he had the same policy for people in disabled group homes.

It was like a twofer for him.  Kill all the "useless" people since they vote for Democrats for years after they die anyway.  No biggie.
