Two brothers from Birmingham Al clocked at 111 mph in Carroll county, caused a high speed chase by multiple police agencies. The bros then chose to shoot at the police who returned fire and killed one, while three officers were shot but not fatal at this point.

Time for the Dems to do some rioting and “free shopping” and get the media all riled up on this......the only question is should they do their MO in Al or Atlanta?

It is amazing to behold isn't it?  Only someone suffering from a mental illness can find moral equivalency in these two episodes.  In some ways you have to feel sorry for someone that has so tenuous a grasp on reality that they would bring up Trump as a response to pretty much anything and everything.  Sadly I have a hard time extending that charity toward Archie as he is so far gone and so vile in his hatred of Trump that he wished death and economic ruin from the virus on ordinary Americans if it resulted in Trump losing the election.  That kind of evil I cannot stomach and hence my putting him on ignore.  I admire those of you that still interact with him but it is truly a monumental waste of time.  He is utterly and hopelessly lost.  Goofy has some moments of lucidness and self awareness although I have noticed they are fewer and further between these days.

Rude posted there would be rioting and my post just responded on rioting. Never equated the vet killed to the Carroll killing. Just that rioting has consequences. Some lead to burning and looting and stores disappear from neighborhoods and some riots lead to death as the vet in the Capitol insurrection.

So you are of the mindset that rioters/arsonists need to be shot and if caught should be put in jail without bail ?  Glad to know.

I am suprised you were not more vocal during the summer of love when the Dims/HOTUS was raising bail money for criminals, assuming they needed bail since they were doing a revolving door system and just sending them back out into the streets to commit crimes over and over.

Shame the police/National Guard in MN and other leftists riot prone areas are not able to to follow along the way you think - then maybe the riots would not be going on 1 year +.

Riots should have consequences, sadly we see which ones actually have any.

Regarding Rude's lack of comments on the Jan 6 events, did you likewise comment on the Sept 2018 progressive riotous takeover of Sen. Grassley's office in the Senate Office Building during the Kavanaugh hearings? "The system is corrupt, that is why we disrupt" they shouted for the cameras.   How quickly you forget unless it relates in the slightest to Trump.

the Capitol is from 1000 to 2000.  How many “stormed” Sen Grassley’s Office?  Did they break any windows? Did they rummage through his desk?  Did they steal anything?  Did they put anybody in the hospital?  Did they defecate on the floor?  Did they spray any chemicals? Did anybody die?  Refresh our memory CRD. Do you consider one more problematic than the other? If so which?

Archy, you’re a little loose and slippery with the language , there is a big gap between “ have no admiration for someone who commits a crime” and........if the FBI, CIA, DOJ, BLM rioters or joy riders going over the speed limit etc,etc,etc committed a crime the guilty parties should be held accountable ........period.

As a conservative, it is simple for me........if it appears you have broken your oath, if it appears you have broken a law, if you have stepped over the line of peaceful protest, if you resist a lawful arrest etc, etc then you should be exposed to due process of the law up to and including force to bring you to justice as defined by our laws and regulations.

But Pelosi was an admirer of Capitol "break-ins" before she was against it.  Were you Archie?  Reference her comment on Feb 2011 when Unionists stormed the Wisconsin state capitol - "Impressive show of Democracy in action" she said.  She stood in "solidarity with the activists" while the Wisconsis State Senators were ushered into hiding before they could be rescued.

The woman was shot as she tried to gain entrance through a broken window entering the Speaker's Lobby, which is a long hall way with doors on the left that lead onto the House floor.  Absolutely had no right to be there, absolutely had no right to enter that wing, but absolutely did not deserve to be shot.  The Capitol Police response as she lay on the floor was juvenile.  I am appalled by not only the individuals who entered our Capitol building illegally, but also with the suggestion that somehow President Donald J. Trump was to blame.  Shame on politicians that think far too highly of themselves on both sides of the aisle.  Their weakness, their lack of leadership skills, their lack of intellect and blindness to what American citizens have been forced to endure not only this year, but over the past four years makes me nauseous.  Publically ripping up a SOTU speech just on the other side of the Speaker's Lobby  hallway where this woman was shot was destructive to this peaceful transition of power.  Shame on the MSM and Big Tech who thought that the American citizen's fuse was long and slow burning.  What I saw today were American patriots exercising their right to protest what they believe to be a stolen election. This peaceful gathering was overshadowed by a few individuals who should have exercised more restraint and should be held accountable by the law for their actions on the Capitol grounds.  May the woman rest in peace.  My prayers are for her family and also for the individual who pulled the trigger.  Lives will never be the same.

As I recall arrests were and are still being made for the Jan 6 as they should be....let the process work, I won’t prejudge their innocence or guilt. Most I believe are being held without bail.

As I recall, arrests were made in the riots last year.......but bail was raised with the help of VP Harris and others and was granted immediately and they were back on the streets in short order. Has justice been achieved Archy?? Any trials yet?

There likely will not be, as the DA has said it is unlikely that an overwhelming number of the arrestees will ever be prosecuted. So much for “ throwing their Azz..es in jail and tossing away the key”. You ok with that Archy?
