When will it end? I can't even get my boat to my pier anymore. It seems as though Logan Martin gets the brunt of the loss. The power company won't let it affect Weiss, Henry Neely, or Lay near as bad... why? I have neighbors that say they haven't seen it this bad in several years. I'm beginning to wonder if this is as good as it gets for this year.

I know exactly what you mean, and with the busy weekend coming up I'm sure that there are going to be some folks finding out where the bottom is. Just hope no-one gets hurt in the process David

You know some fool is going to show off & reek havoc... they always do!

Very good website. on fox 6 news they were just discusing the low levels on Logan Martin. The people who don't know the lake are going to be out in force and in trouble, I costantly see boats crossing over areas I know can't be 1 ft deep I guess that when speed is working for them.

I agree - good website. Fortunately I learned a good bit about the lake when the water was down. Even knowing where most of the shallows are, it's still something to be careful about. I have sonar on one of my boats, & it will really surprise you how shallow some parts are. Maybe I'll see you guys this weekend - I'll be in a blue & white Glastron... flag me down if you see me. Be safe & have a good holiday.

Blue and white allright John I'll be on a pontoon boat for a (hopefully) long ride or two this weekend, where do you stay on the lake when your on the water ?I'm usually over at Arrowhead point or down on treadwell isle when docked. Friday we should pic a time to meet somewhere on the water and meet up sems like a pretty good lil group.I'm usually in a Starcraft toon with an aqua green top and stripe on the sides catch you later. The APCo. website shows 461.19 @ 4 am today, will drop to 462 by Mon. and down to 461 by 6-1. Pulled my boat last week, gonna wait to see what happens. Was it 2005 when the water level fluctated all summer?

Well if you put in around Riverside , you better know where your going. Even someone with lots of slow miles in the lake can still find a shalow spot.
