I almost got to where I didn't post but only just read. But with the cool snap it sure has slowed down on here. Any way if all you guys are still reading, just remember I,m looking for a pontoon boat.
A four stroke would be perfect, A two stroke would have to be a steal of a deal for me to be interested in.
I see old boats sitting around in yards all over the state, and I am about to start asking some of these people, seems like that could be a way to get a great deal. David

David, with the season ending there are a lot of boat sales from the marinas & dealers. They don't want 07 models in stock when 08's come in. I already have 3 boats so I'm not looking, but zero interest on a brand new boat is inviting. You can get a decent pontoon in the low teens if you look hard enough... just my 2 cents worth. I went fishing by myself today. Didn't catch anything, but I had a great day on the water. Very few people out. Now I remember why I love being in a boat on Logan Martin! I hope you find something in time to enjoy it for a while before old man winter comes calling. Be safe.

Yes yes I am looking everywhere I can think of. As you said they are everywhere. And as for old man winter........ Heck he can come along too.

I'm looking for an old pontoon with a trailer to use for a floating dock. Let me know if anyone knows of one.
My pontoon is sitting in the mud now with the water 10 to 15 feet from the end of my pier so I have no where to tie up the Bass boat. I guess we will call it quits until the water rises a few feet.

Spent the afternoon hanging on the boat and even got some skiing in. With the water low I can beach the boat in a sandy place. Didn't even bother going to the house. It was a beautiful day.
