I have heard alot of differing opinions about winterizing a boat that stays in the water through the winter. The water temperature under the boat stays around 52 while air temperature will fall much lower. If I plug off all air vents should I worry about freezing, or will the water temp radiate wnough to stay above freezing?

Put yourself a small heater just in case. Then you really don't have much to worry about.
