I put a new impeller in my ski boat last May and only used it for about 20 hours all season.....do you think I'm Ok for the summer or should I change it again?

I would if it were me. Not because of use, but the lack of use. During the winter, that rubber impeller stays wadded up and gets dryed and brittle.
