Does anyone have a lead on inexpensive and comfortable chairs to go around a fire pit?

If you're talking about the wood ones, they aren't inexpensive. $100 each at the end of summer last year.

Theres 2 places up 231 toward Pell City that usually have them. One is just past 34 on the left at that garden suppy place. I'll try to get the name when I go by there in the morning. The other is further north past Wal Mart still on 231. Probably 2 or 3 miles, still on the left.

They aren't cheap but sure are comfortable. If I could find some plans I would build some. Some friends have them and I like.

If I see them I'll yell. I still have your cell from when we never hooked up last summer.

I fully expect to pay $100ish for them.

my neighbor bought one and took it apart to use as a pattern and has built about 5 or 6 and he said over time the ones he built has lasted better than the one he bought.

We talked about it and he said if you have the right tools and enjoy woodworking then it should be easy. I dont mind woodworking but would rather not experiment, I dont really have the time (im Lazy) to concentrate on it. he also said you would need a drill press because some of the holes have to be precise.

I appreciate the lead, I will look around in a few days up that way.

Oh and by the way I am reporting from the lake house,,,,,,,,,sure have missed being here,

Lets say you were going to "Woods Surfside Marina", there are some of these types of chairs painted, sitting in a yard on the right past woods. This woman paints thse chairs and sells them. Nice couple.

The adirondike cahairs are very comfortable but Walmart has some recliners for 49 or 59 dollars that are very good as well, but would not have the life span of the wooden chairs if left out all the time,

Adirondack chairs are nice though. I searched online a couple of years ago for plans and ordered some. Since then they have become lost in this "stuff" in and on my desk LOL.

Cleaned the indoors at the Lake place yesterday,, Tornado Sirens Be darned!!
