So who got a beautiful postcard in the mail advertising the Yacht Club yesterday?

Without going into word for word of the postcard here are some highlights,

$5 million ammenity package
Pre-construction prices = $200s to $900s+
Custom homes on acre plus sites
Three level townhomes with elevators and waterfront condominiusm.

It has 6 pictures advertising the lake and only one resembles the lake and none are from the actual site the property is being built.

I haven't been home since Monday but I'll check.

Surprised they sent them to our side of the lake. I thought their target demographic was Bham and the Atlanta burbs. All we have on our side is trailers and gas thieves.

I received at the house in Bham........ So your still right on about the target demo.....

invest in a pintball gun to mark the theives next time....... But be prepared for retaliation if you hit or miss....... If you cant tie them down till the popo get there then just run them off.....

Or better yet if it is a portable tank...... fill with bodily waste and sit on back of toon for siphening...... that would be a shock to whoever suks the hose........
