I have a Hurricane Fundeck with a bilge pump that won't stop running. It is killing my battery. There is no water in the boat so i assume there is a short. Can anyone tell me how to fix it or where I can get it fixed?

Sounds like the float valve is stuck in the up position so that the pump thinks there is always water in the bilge. Sometimes a small stick or other peice of trash is all that may be holding it up. It is definitely the first place to start troubleshooting.
