Anyone have news of increased striper movement due to recent drop in water temperatures?

We made good striper catches between Labor Day and mid-October, but since then they have been more difficult to find. I found a few schools around Elkhatchee Creek mixed in with scads of white bass. I trolled river shelves by the dam for a couple of hours last Saturday and caught 1 ten pounder. I haven't seen any schooling activity on top. The fishing should get better in a couple of weeks, especially in the Wind Creek area.

There are 3 (forum members) of us that would like to learn to Stiper fish. So if we book a trip with you will you teach of finer points so we can go out and fish for stripers on our own?

Also when is the best time to go striper fishing?

Also I assume you troll and use Shad for bait, correct? Can you use small bream instead of Shad?

Thanks
